TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Agreement Overview
Welcome to Haus of Hues. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our services. By placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Product Information & Pricing
All product descriptions, sizes (EU standard), colors, and prices are provided accurately to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to correct any errors. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Haus of Hues may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- All prices are in Nepali Rupees (NPR) unless stated otherwise.
4. Sizing & Exchanges
- We use standard EU sizes for all juttis.
- Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery—items must be unused, in the original box, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Exchanges are limited to the same style in a different size. If that size isn’t available, you may exchange for another style of equal value.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping cost is Rs. 150 for a single item; free shipping for 2 or more items.
- Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
6. No Refunds or Cancellations
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, refunds and cancellations are not permitted. We only offer exchanges as per the policy above.
7. Shipping Charges for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when sending items back for size exchange. Return shipping labels are not provided by us.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised versions will be posted on the website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Cancellation by Haus of Hues
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
